Ingredients
- 1 bag of beef stew cubes from Carnes San Martín
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rosemary and bay leaf
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 cups water
Preparation
- Sauté the potatoes and carrots in oil in a pot.
- Add the tomato paste, beef cubes, and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and bay leaf.
- Add water to cover and cook over medium heat until everything is tender.
- Serve hot.
