• 500 g of “mano de piedra” or eye round (Carnes San Martín)
• 1 onion
• 1 bell pepper
• Salt and lime juice to taste
Preparation
Cook the beef:
· Clean and cut the meat into small chunks.
· Boil until tender (about 40 minutes). Let it cool.
Chop the vegetables:
· Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
Shred and mix:
· Finely shred or process the meat and combine it with the chopped vegetables.
· Season with salt and lime juice.
Serve:
• Serve with rice, fried plantains, or on crispy tortillas.
