Preparation

Cook the steak:

· Season the Rib Eye with coarse salt and grill to your preferred doneness.

 

Roast the corn:

· Grill the corn until slightly charred, then remove the kernels.

 

Prepare the salad:

· Chop the lettuce, tomato, avocado, and red onion.

· Toss together in a bowl.

 

Assemble:

· Slice the Rib Eye into strips and place on top of the salad.

· Add the corn kernels and dress with lime, olive oil, and salt to taste.
