Meat Preparation:

  1. Clean the brisket and marinate with Worcestershire saucLet rest for 24 hours in a covered container.
  2. After marinating, mix the seasonings and coat the entire meat.

Baking Instructions:

  1. Bake the brisket for 3.5 hours at 200°C.
  2. Wrap in baking paper and bake at 150°C for another 3.5 hours.
  3. Let rest for 1 hour before serving.
  4. Shred to serve in sandwiches with pickles if desired.
