Carnes San Martín’s Environmental Commitment is to utilize innovative technologies in the production chain, to take care of non-renewable natural resources and through specific projects, convert organic waste into clean energy; as well as by-products from industrial operations into value-added sustainable bio-products that preserve natural conditions of water, soil and air.
